Internship Journal Assignments
Throughout this experience you are asked to write six JOURNAL entries. This process will not only help to develop your written communication skills but will enable you to identify the transferable skills that you have cultivated through the internship as well as gain confidence in your ability to success in college and career.
You will have one JOURNAL assignment due with each Check Point. Remember the check points are every 5 hours. Please respond to journals in a google doc that you share with me. I will review your reflections after each entry. All six entries can be on the same google doc. Your responses should be developed with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Try to be specific in your descriptions, recounting events and stories to make the writing more vivid. Review your work and be sure to add additional details. They should be at a minimum of one or two complete paragraphs for full credit.
Just to be clear, please do not start the 6th hour of your internship until you have completed the first check point AND the first journal.
