SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
2015-2016 Perry High School Juniors and Seniors are invited to engage in summer internships for high school credit towards their graduation. Summer is the perfect time to discover your career interests, to fine-tune your work place skills, and to develop your career and educational plans for the future. This experience allows you to take your planning to the next level. You can experience what it’s like to have a specific career while you develop a project that makes a contribution to the company or organization where you are placed

Here's your Warm-Up...
- Register for your summer internship experience through the SUMMER STRETCH link. You are signing up for the Internship Boot Camp. By registering you are expressing your interest in participating in the week long boot camp (June 8-12th from 8am-12:00pm), completing a summer internship, and related assignments.
- You will have assignments to complete while you are engaged in your work based learning experience. You are expected to complete 30 hours of work at a site that matches with your interests. Upon successful completion of all assignments and the 30 hours you will earn a half-credit towards graduation.
- Set up a one on one meeting with Mrs. Soeder to discuss your summer availability and your expectations for the summer internship. You can see her at ICE, before or after school, or during your lunch block. You can find Mrs. Soeder in room 307 or [email protected]
